OR

Diploma in any scientific field whose content involves mathematics course and with final scores equivalent to second class grade point average (GPA) system

OR

Full Technician Certificate (FTC) in Engineering with at least an average score of C.

    1. Nature of Practical Training/Field attached to programme where applicable (Refer to TCU PTF guide)

The BSc. Industrial Engineering Management (I.E.M) Degree students shall have a practical training in the First Semester of the year of their study. Besides, to equip the BSc. I.E.M students with adequate practical knowledge, the department of EMS has established a collaboration with six manufacturing industries located in Morogoro Region. In this collaboration, students will be visiting a selected organization in a week to learn what has been theoretically learnt during class sessions during that particular week. In this regard, the proposed collaborations will support the department with equipping students with actual and real world practical experience on various aspects in industrial engineering management. The potential industries that will be involved in this collaboration includes;

Bachelor of Science in Production and Operations Management (BSc POM)
