The department offers both undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Currently the department is offering one (1) masters’ degree programme , two (2) bachelor degree programmes and two( 2) Non-degree programmes.
The MSS department offers the following degree and non degree programmes:

- Bachelor of Science in Applied Statitics ( BSc. AS)
- Bachelor of Science with Education (Mathematics and ICT) BSc. MICT-EDU
- Diploma in Applied Statistics (DAS)
- Certificate in Applied Statistics (CAS)
